About the Role:

Due to the continues team growth which within last year was led by both, expansion of the client portfolio and increasing importance of the role in the Citco group of companies, Accounts Payable team is looking for the valuable addition to the current team.

As part of an experienced and dynamic team providing a top quality services to our international clients, you will report to Senior Accounts Payable Manager and supervise the dedicated team of specialists.

Job Duties in Brief:

  • Lead assigned projects in order to support business priorities and growth.
  • Plan, control and oversee allocation and production of payment runs in order to meet service level agreements (SLA’s) and performance targets related to invoice processing.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients or other Citco offices in order to ensure any payment related disputes are investigated and dealt with efficiently, professionally and on a timely basis.
  • Ensure Transaction monitoring, Compliance and KYC procedures are followed.
  • Maintain relationships with client representatives, banks, brokers, tax advisors, auditors and other Citco offices worldwide.
  • Supervise staff, reviewing and signing off on work performed by the team.
  • Plan team resources in line with business demands, participating in the recruitment and selection process, leading, coaching, developing and appraising employees within the team in order to motivate personnel.
  • Constant provision of existing processes and looking for efficiencies.

About You:

  • Experience in managerial role in related field (Accounts Payable, Treasury or Bookkeeping).
  • Experience in project management / operations transition management is essential.
  • An excellent command of English is a must.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics or similar
