Job description:

  • Specialist on the existing processes within Accounts Payable and deep knowledge in End-to-End processes.
  • Contribute in change processes, driving continuous improvement and development through process-teams and projects.
  • Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business.
  • Act as support to the managers and colleagues in accounting, process and systems issues within the Accounts Payable area.
  • Collaborate with other business areas both within and outside own department.
  • Be part of projects and could lead projects and smaller project teams.
  • Lead change and setting requirements in development areas.
  • Is recognized as an expert within the organization, both within and beyond own function.
  • Secure implementation of projects, both from resource planning and business requirements.
  • Solve complex problems.

Requirements:

Your experience

  • + 3 years of experience within Accounts Payable or Finance business support, preferable from an international company
  • Documented experience from process development
  • University degree in Business Administration
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Good knowledge in Excel
  • Experience from working close with IT department and system solutions
