TransUnion Lithuania Team TransUnion is a worldwide risk and information solutions provider, with a headquarters in USA, that has been operating in Lithuania for more than seven years. The main responsibilities of the TransUnion Lithuania team in Kaunas is to develop innovative technological products and support client faced services and underpinning IT infrastructure. IT Service Management team are providing Service Desks, user access management, assets and configuration management, capacity management to our client – TransUnion UK. The processes are based on ITIL best practice and configuration management plays the core role for the organizational efficiency. The team consists of eleven (including you) talented individuals. Our office is located on the Nemunas Island within the Zalgiris arena. Currently, there are about 200 software and database developers, test analysts and IT support engineers, identity verification and fraud prevention, data and consumer service analysts working at our office. The Role The Analyst – Configuration Management role is responsible for supporting the Assets and Configuration Management team by producing, maintaining and analyzing Service Management reports; The purpose of the role is to contribute to IT Service Management maturity by implementing, improving and executing the ITIL capabilities such as Configuration Management, Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Base Management and Reporting. Keywords: Process execution, KPI and SLA, ITIL, Configuration Management, CMDB. Key Responsibilities: • Support the administration and execution of the ITIL processes (such as Configuration Management, Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Reporting etc.). • Co-ordinate and gathering of data from appropriate sources to produce information and reports. • Co-ordinate requests for data and reporting. • Assure the quality of existing processes and procedures. • Perform trend analysis of data to identify trends, pro-actively analysing data and highlighting anomalies or areas for investigation. • Support audit data requests. • Analyse possible solutions using standard procedures. • Develop processed analyses, designs and simulations. • Produce/automate of standard and bespoke reporting. • Evaluation and productivity analysis. • Provide regular and ad hoc reports to relevant business area. • Audit and test of data where necessary. We expect from you: Have proven experience of working in ITIL driven environment; Educated to degree level in IT or similar study program; Have proven experience in providing management reporting and insights. Would be extra good if you would: Extensive experience in an IT Service role administrating core ITIL processes. Strong experience analyzing data and producing reports. Have working knowledge of the following technologies: SAN, Databases, MS Licensing, SCCM, networks.
