About the position

As a Bank Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of world-class service to agreed quality, time and in line with SEB values.

Here is what you will do:

  • enable customers to access various products and services by maintaining customers’ accounts and their setups;
  • enable customers to access electronic banking services via different channels by registering new, and changing existing setups;
  • administrate authentication devices to access electronic banking channels;
  • provide requested information to external parties;
  • collaborate with colleagues across SEB group in different countries to solve daily issues and deviations;
  • participate in process automation and development initiatives;
  • contribute to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues.                                                                                                                                 

Your profile

Your personality is highly valued. You are positive, proactive, attentive to details, self-leading and willing to learn. As you will work in a team, we expect you to be a good team player and share a “yes, we can!” attitude. 

To succeed in this role, you also need:

  • good English language skills, both written and spoken;
  • ability to work in a dynamic environment with numerous IT systems, and still keep customer focus at all times.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1300 EUR – 1800 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.

Please note that the overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
