About us

Currently we are expanding our services within Trade Finance operations and establishing a new team. The goal of the team will be to participate in knowledge transfer from the beginning and run daily banking operations for SEB clients afterwards. In addition to general tasks, we work on simplifying the existing processes by creating robotics and scripting solutions. The role

As a Bank Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the knowledge transfer, delivery of world-class service in compliance with agreed quality standards, working procedures, timely and in line with SEB values.

Your profile

Your personality is highly valued. You are positive, proactive, attentive to details, self-leading and willing to learn. As you will work in a team, we expect you to be a good team player and share a “yes, we can!” attitude. 

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • have knowledge and/or experience working with Trade Finance products
  • be able to learn new things and be flexible
  • have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • feel comfortable in fast-changing environment
  • have very good English and computer skills
  • have good time management skills
  • be able to travel if needed
