About the Client Integration Specialist Role:

The Client Integration team takes the lead in on-boarding new clients onto Citco Technology platforms to build a foundation for the Accounting (including CIT Calculation and VAT), Accounts Payable, and Company Secretarial Teams.

The Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Services group is seeking a Client Integration Specialist to join the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) On-boarding team. This specialised team is made up of professionals who are subject matter experts that consult to the business on matters relating to Fund structures and the related system setup, and accounting. The Specialist will be primarily responsible for data file analysis, loading/reconciliation of data migrations. The role involves dealing with the senior management of all the organisations that interact with Citco Fund Services. The ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written is essential. The Specialist role is part of a global conversion team and may be required to support multiple time zones during large projects.

Client Integration Specialist Job Duties in Brief:

  • On-board clients to Citco’s technology systems
  • Manage Yardi/Investran set-up, implementation and testing with internal IT, CFS & SPV’s stakeholders
  • Lead data migration between internal systems, client/third party systems, process identification, review, COA mapping, and custom solutions.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting and calculation models
  • Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs
  • Lead and contribute to internal process improvement projects
  • Assist with preparing SLA and KPI agreements, arranging for execution
  • Cooperate with KYC team on KYC collection matters.
  • Draft task performance procedures and/or operational memorandum.
  • Contribute to development and testing of Citco’s technology platforms

 

About You:

  • Degree or related professional qualification
  • Minimum of 2 year-experience in financial services industry
  • Working knowledge of SPV accounting
  • Project Management Experience (Desirable)
  • Business Analysis Experience (Desirable)
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Candidates must have strong knowledge of the financial services industry, its products and practices, and a strong interest in further development and learning
