Salary: up to EUR 25,000, depending on experience

As a member of the Vilnius PR team, the Client Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for working closely with both new and existing clients, communicating in English and French, to offer support on the products and services within our global public relations platform.

You will work closely with local colleagues and stakeholders across the globe to handle multiple client-related projects and requests both in client facing and back-office activities.

This role will allow you to become a subject matter expert in our innovative tools and services while also allowing you to utilise and further develop your communication skills in a corporate environment.

In this role you would join the exciting new division of West – West Digital Media Services (DMS). Top 3 in all the markets we serve, and with a leadership team that includes some of the original innovators of streaming, press distribution, and IR webhosting, West DMS combines the responsibility of a Fortune 500 company with the speed and flexibility of a start-up. We’re here to advance the way the corporate world communicates by helping our clients to deliver mission-critical information and connect more deeply and authentically with their stakeholders.

Shift-based role

We offer our customers a 24/7/365 support model, so this position is required to support the full 24/7 shift pattern.


What you’ll bring…

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English and French
  • Business-to-business, client-facing experience with strong customer service skills
  • IT literate with an affinity towards working with software applications
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Performance-driven
  • Experience in support of complex products will be an advantage
  • Educated to degree level or relevant commercial experience
