As a member of the Vilnius PR Team, the Client Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for working closely with existing and new clients to offer support on our services and products within our global Public Relations platform.

You will work closely with local colleagues and stakeholders across the globe to handle multiple client related projects and requests both in client facing and back-office activities. 

This role will allow you to becoming subject matter expert in our innovative tools and services, while allowing you to utilise and further develop your communication skills in a corporate environment.

West Digital Media Services, formerly a part of Nasdaq corporate solutions, provides additional Public relations solutions so clients can access the latest innovations in communications technology, including reach and engage media, investors, employees and key stakeholders, and gain actionable insight into the performance of their campaigns and communications.

Shift based role

We offer our customer a 24/7/365 support model, the team participates in shift rotation and on call coverage on weekends and holidays

WHAT YOU’LL BRING…

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Fluency in French & English
  • Business-to-business, client facing experience with strong customer service skills
  • IT literate with an affinity towards working with software applications
  • Team Player with a positive attitude
  • Performance driven
  • Experience in support of complex products will be considered as advantage
  • Educated to Degree level or relevant commercial experience
