A successful candidate will have:

  • Theoretical and practical knowledge and experience of implementation of communication campaigns – a person who knows how to identify and reach the correct target audiences, how to choose the right channels, how to formulate the right communication messages;
  • Knowledge and experience in applying standard research methods;
  • Full English proficiency and excellent writing skills;
  • Experience with tools for social media analysis, website analytics, sentiment analysis, content analysis;
  • A strong interest in communication approaches of European Union institutions;
  • A degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field would be an advantage.


You should be ready to partake in a wide range of research and organisational activities:

  • Implementing communication policy research – including social media analysis, website analytics, sentiment analysis, content analysis; this includes both gathering key data via specific tools and providing insight on what this data means;
  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of necessary outputs;
  • Helping our clients build communication campaigns that truly work and providing recommendations;
  • Presenting research findings to colleagues, clients and the public at large scale.
