Job description:

This is a great opportunity to join Danske Bank and take a strong responsibility in designing and delivering internal and external communication projects in Anti–Money Laundering (AML) Unit.

As Communications Consultant, you will be a part of AML CSD (Customer Service Delivery) Management Support Department. You will take one of the key roles in supporting colleagues in AML CSD Unit with various internal and external communication projects and tasks. Your role will also include continuously looking for and successfully implementing the best practices to sustain and increase organizational internal communication among AML CSD employees.


  • Create written content including but not limited to speeches, articles, presentations, reading material, info sheets and other internal communication related documents
  • Take a role in implementing internal and external communication campaigns combined with targeted projects according to business priorities
  • Do the proof reading and editing of various documents and materials
  • Use content management systems available at Danske Bank (Sharepoint, etouches, etc.) for building the content
  • Take a role in strengthening relations with main stakeholders by providing needed support and communication
  • Proactively contribute and coordinate business-related activities, including various administrative tasks
  • Coordinate agreed communication tasks and deliverables with the external vendors


  • Inner desire to write is a must (corporate background would be your advantage)
  • Exceptionally strong proven written communication skills
  • Strong proven visual presentation skills
  • Exceptional detail-orientation skills
  • Proven skills to prioritize, organise and perform work in dynamic environment
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in working with creative, advertising or event management companies would be your advantage
  • Experience in working with content management systems would be your advantage
