Would you like to work in an international Finance organization? We are looking for a Cost Controller to join our Cost Control team under Business Development department at SEB Global Services in Vilnius.

About the position

Cost Control team is responsible for supporting group and local management in oversight of internal reporting activities for Group Finance globally and to be contact point for all finance related matters.

As a Cost Controller, you will be mainly responsible for Group Finance and Procurement Services, located in Vilnius and Riga. You will support local management team and global Controller by driving planning, forecasting, analysis, reporting and allocation processes for the dedicated area as well as providing clear interpretation of the financial performance. In addition, you will support group Controller with provided tasks. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of the controlling processes. You will be part of an international network of Controllers, where collaboration is crucial to exchange knowledge with peers across the organization.

Your profile

To succeed in your role with us, you should have structured and analytical thinking with attention to details, proactive approach with strong drive to deliver in all aspects of your work. You should be service minded, have a positive attitude with a keen interest to expand your knowledge and an enthusiasm to contribute. Good communication and presentation skills are important as well as ability to establish and develop relationships with the colleagues across the international organization. University degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting is required with the relevant work experience in controlling or similar. English will be the main language.
