We are now looking for a Service Delivery / Customer Success Developer to develop and monitor the customer interaction model and experience for our newly built finance function in Metso Business Services canter. This is an exciting development role for an experienced Finance professional as you get to be a part of setting up new processes and developing them from the very beginning of the next-generation Business Services Center.

 

The center will serve as a key location for Metso, helping to develop Metso’s processes with modern technology.

 

Main responsibilities include

  • Developing and monitoring the customer interaction model and experience
  • Develop systems, methods and tools including Service Now solution
  • Organize customer interface with responsible Customer counterpart
  • Organize and document Client / MBS interaction (reviews / communication), including regular customer meetings
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and problems, define and prioritize corrective actions and development initiatives
  • Ensure customer feedback is received and validated, prepare and execute necessary action steps based on feedback
  • Maintain MBS Service Catalogue
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate the Service Performance in liaison with Operations Managers
  • Ensure understanding of business units, goals, lanscape and translate that in customer service performance and experience
  • Work in partnership with Operations Managers and Team Leads, Global Process Owners and the center‘s Service Desk to improve service level, quality and customer experience
  • Communication and cooperation with Business Finance Expertise Services team and Global Process Owners in relation to issues and development needs raised by customers
  • Competence/learning requirements of process teams in relation to own customers changes & needs

To Succeed

 

You have three to five years’ experience in a similar development role or as a Team Lead or a Project Manager. You have a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or in other relevant field. You have Knowledge and understanding in applying customer experience in system development and of applying Lean Six Sigma, Agile or other relevant project management methods. Experience from a Shared Services and international environment is an asset.

 

The ideal candidate has great people skills and is solution and development orientated and drives for creating a culture where teams feel empowered to work and develop themselves and the processes continuously.

We value excellent communication and co-operations skills and fluency in English language (verbal and written) is a must. Knowledge of Lithuanian or other common Metso languages (such as Finnish, Swedish, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese) is an advantage.
