Simplex is a rapidly growing startup company, combining three top-notch fields: Fintech, Fraud prevention and Cryptocurrency. We enable merchants worldwide to accept diverse payment methods and mitigate fraud risk for our partners.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager, who will be a trusted adviser to our customers, by helping them to succeed and ensuring to receive maximum value from our solutions. It is a dynamic client-facing role, which includes daily communication with business leads, project managers and business development managers to deliver outstanding results.

This is a great opportunity to join a successful start-up company as the first customer success function in our European entity.

What your daily tasks would look like:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and be their main point of contact at Simplex
  • Mitigate risks by proactively monitoring and anticipating customer needs
  • Provide strategic analysis using industry research and internal data analysis to drive growth
  • Lead product strategy for customers and help to evolve their business
  • Resolve customer’s requests and needs through working with various internal teams (Sales, Support, Marketing, Product, and Engineering)

What we need from you:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Global Customer Success, Key Account Management or other post sales customer facing role in e-commerce/tech industry
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Critical thinking – be creative and adaptable to solve customer’s challenges/needs
  • Excellent communication skills, accurate and goal oriented
  • Previous experience in FinTech, Banking or Crypto market is an advantage.
  • Multi-tasker and highly organised – the position requires handling multiple platforms of data sources as well as analysing that data
  • Good data analysis skills (Vlookup and Pivot are your best friends)
  • Ability to connect and build long-lasting relationships with customers
  • A “team player”. We just can’t emphasize this enough!
