Key tasks/ responsibilities:

  • Assist in development of valuation tools and applications
  • Oversee the pipeline of development work delivered by 3rd party IT providers
  • Evaluate new technologies for implementation in the group’s IT ecosystem
  • Prepare/scrub seller provided data that will be loaded into valuation models
  • Prepare/review assumptions for models, and in particular analyze empirical data (internal or external) that will be translated into key underwriting assumptions
  • Review and interpret model outputs
  • Help design due diligence scope (legal due diligence, collateral valuations, cadastral registry checks), conduct/participate in due diligence, and interpret due diligence results to be transcribed into model
  • Prepare designated sections of the investment memorandum

We expect that you have:

  • Higher degree in Scientific or advanced Finance educational field
  • Experience from prominent IT company
  • Data analysis skills, command of programming language and experience in data scrubbing and queries
  • Proficient in at least one programming language or statistical package (e.g. python, php, SQL, R, VBA)
  • Knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, other European languages is a plus
  • Great analytical skills and written presentation skills
  • Background in valuation of Residential or Commercial real estate is a plus
  • Experience in underwriting and management of secured non-performing loans (including knowledge of high level procedures and resolution strategies) is a plus
