Join us as a Financial Analyst in our Vilnius office and support end-to-end revenue planning and forecasting process. Amid a wide range of responsibilities, you’ll participate in preparation of planning tools and templates, identify process improvement and automation opportunities, ensure exceptional operating cadence and fulfil various ad-hoc requests and tasks to support the business growth.

 

You’ll demonstrate a mindset of driving change, process efficiency, continuous improvement and customer focus, contribute to creation and improvement of standardized global revenue planning and forecasting processes and tools, maintain documentation of all key areas and partner with finance peers across the globe to ensure understanding and alignment of overall revenue processes.

 

This is a detailed and dynamic role, and you’ll need a relevant qualification in finance, mathematics, statistics or similar field. It’s essential that you have experience with Microsoft Excel, big data analysis (R, Python, Alteryx or similar), financial databases and automation tools. You’ll need to be an effective analyst, with ability to build and maintain good relationships with peers and business partners, great problem-solving skills and attention to detail. As confident communicator, you’ll have high standards and a strong work ethic. You will be required to complete background and reference checks as part of our recruitment process.
