You’ll be steering a team of risk specialists and be responsible for the production and evolution of compliance risk analytical tools. You’ll manage and the support production of compliance risk assessments for Western Unions annual Global Compliance Enterprise Risk Assessment and our annual risk assessment plans. We’ll look to you to nurture a center of excellence in Vilnius to support the global risk office as you create tools to mitigate internal and external risks. Your focus will be on strategic risk and influencing key business heads and functional teams to produce and evolve the efficiency of the governance programs by using your value-creative, data-driven mindset that’s in alignment with our guiding principles.

For such a critical role, you’ll need to demonstrate you can apply risk management concepts & analysis and can influence the strategic decision-making process. You’ll need to ideally have 7+ years of Compliance experience within a global Financial Services business within risk assessment or research. We need you to be degree educated or equivalent and if you have experience in data science disciplines that would be a bonus. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.
