Would you like to work with processes maintenance and improvement to add value to our end-customer? Now we are looking for a Global Process Expert to join our Lending area in SEB Global Services Vilnius.

About the position

As a Global Process Expert you will be responsible for improvement and maintenance of processes. Your main mission will be to ensure that the improvements and streamlining of processes within the area are carried out in accordance with the common vision and strategy of the whole department, aligned with the Global Process Area strategy and business in general. You will make sure that every process part adds value to our end-customer.

The role includes both participating in and leading various types of initiatives of diverse scale. You will provide subject matter expertise for the processes, e.g. to projects, product management, in trainings, etc. You will also have an opportunity to take a more leading role in the new Agile organization. You are expected to be able to travel depending on the requirements of the initiative.

You will cooperate closely with Process Area Specialists, other Global Process Experts, Management team and you will report to Global Process Manager.

Your profile

Your process expertise:

To succeed and thrive in this position, you need to have deep process knowledge in Lending area. Equally important is to have knowledge in related end-to-end processes and applicable IT systems. Knowledge in concepts such as (Agile, Lean, Project Steering Model, Operations Process Improvement Framework and process modelling) is also required.

Your organizational skills:

To ensure this knowledge is put to best use, you will benefit from experience in running/participating in the projects (including transformation, change and process automation). You feel comfortable in engaging stakeholders of various levels, have very good communication, networking and leadership skills and are focused on driving innovation and change as commonly agreed. You are customer focused and have high risk awareness as well.

As a person, you are positive, self-driven, development- and result- oriented as well as full of initiative. As good as you are individually, you see the value of engaging and including other people, and sometimes rely on them to reach a common goal. Monthly salary range for this position: 2300 EUR – 3500 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.

Please note that the overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
