TransferGo is a fast growing FinTech company with an international team of 100 employees, and 5 different locations, great product (providing web & mobile experience) and a service available in 47 countries. TransferGo believes transferring money internationally should be frictionless and accessible. The aim of the company is to make life easier for anyone sending money abroad by removing the processes and fees that traditional banks and cash bureaus have.

Job description:

As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for someone who is thriving in fast pace to join our well-rounded HR professional team. Together with business leaders and HR colleagues you will focus on developing and delivering the full spectrum of HR service, products and systems to support ambitious business plans and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Designing and delivering high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  • Fostering organizational culture across different offices.
  • Supporting Senior Management and mid-level leaders throughout full employee life cycle.
  • Facilitating smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Providing expert input across a range of HR areas (learning and development, compensation and benefits, compliance and local labor regulations, etc.).
  • Working closely with HR colleagues to ensure that processes, tools and policies are aligned, enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve performance.
  • Using data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of processes, tools and policies and understand the landscape for further improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in HR of 3 to 5 years – you will need a good understanding of the many different responsibilities of the function (eg. recruitment, learning & development, compensation & benefits, different HR tools and policies).
  • Experience in working in the fast pace environment – you will be a part of the company that is growing at 100% and more every year.
  • Great communication skills – you will need to work effectively with any person in the business (or outside).
  • Strategic thinker – you will work closely with the leadership team to deliver and implement new programmes and initiatives, experience of thinking strategically is an absolute must.
  • Coaching skills – you will be seen as a mentor within the function and the business at large. You must be comfortable in offering advice to both your peers and junior employees.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and “can do” approach.
