Key tasks/ responsibilities:

  • Map HR processes, ensuring consistency, standardization, alignment and integration across global HR sub functions
  • Develop, deliver and maintain accurate documentation for all HR processes
  • Support the design, development and implementation of Workday (HR System)
  • Support the testing coordination and help desk activities after Go Live


We expect that you:

  • Understand contemporary HR practices and HR best practice
  • Have experience in process mapping
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate at all levels within the organisation
  • Are highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Have ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience of working in a shared service environment would be an advantage
