About the HR Specialist Role:

HR Specialist role is to provide full administrative support for the HR function. The HR Specialist will also be required to participate in the consistent roll out of local and global HR projects and initiatives and helping to ensure consistency and understanding across the divisions.

HR Specialist Job Duties in Brief:

  • Participation in various companywide projects as a part of the HR global team;
  • Support and guidance to employees, managers in compliance with company policy and employment law;
  • Implement and create HR initiatives in support of local and global Business & Strategic Plans;
  • Ensure timely, profesional and efficient On-boarding/Off boarding processes;
  • Maintain and handling HR processes, systems, surveys, reports and HR related documentation.

About You:

  • BA in Human Resources Management or Business related degree;
  • A minimum of 2 years HR administration experience, ideally from a financial services environment;
  • Solid understanding of Human Resiurces functional areas and practices;
  • Proven working knowledge of employement law and policies;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong organizational, administrative, communication and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Computer proficiency, demonstrated competence in Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and SharePoint.
