Job description:

Human Capital Advisor will be working in partnership with management team to provide a professional HC service to the JUVARE Lithuania office.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an HC representative of JUVARE (Lithuania) Kaunas office, providing input and participating in the review and implementation of global policies, practices, systems, etc. Support implementation of HR strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with line managers – build trust and credibility, with a high level of responsiveness, understanding and focus on business needs. Provide guidance to line managers in the application of company policies and practices.
  • Coach, guide and support line managers in the management of people. Support implementation of the performance management culture.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all recruitments and on-boarding activities and the process. Manage recruitment supplier agreements and relationships.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely as per legal requirements HR documentation is being prepared and in place and all legal required reports are provided to the governmental institutions.
  • Manage relationships with EOR partner and ensure all Payroll related activities and internal Finance administration parts are performed on time and in accurate.
  • Implement benefits package for Kaunas employees, in agreement with Global Human Resources team.
  • Ensure the participation in compensation market research; based on the market results provide information and prepare proposals for the compensation part of positions based in Lithuania.
  • Coordinate and actively participate in corporate social responsibility activities.

Requirements:

  • University graduate.
  • 4+ years HR experience in a multi-national corporation.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices.
  • 2+ years experience and knowledge of HR information systems.
  • Practical experience leading resource planning.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English language.
  • Employment law knowledge.
  • Practical experience leading 1:1 Employee Performance Management /Absence /Discipline meetings.
  • Experience in working with outside HR/Payroll partners is an advantage.
  • Previous recruiting/resourcing candidates experience is preferred.
