InstaReM has created a unique payment mesh in Asia, which is being leveraged by financial institutions, SMEs and individuals to make fast and low-cost cross-border payments to more than 60 countries across the globe. Speed and Service have been our key differentiators since we started operations in 2015. Since InstaReM has been successfully operating in Lithuania for almost 2 years, the company is still continue growing and looking for new talented people who would like to join and work together with young motivated Vilnius team.

What you will do

  • Assist in developing of Enterprise Risk Management strategies for the Business
  • Create, develop and review IS policies, procedures, guidelines and SOPs
  • Act as a Single point of contact to support Risk assessment and mitigation for Europe and US regions
  • Assess information technology control elements on a periodic basis
  • Identify & analyze high risk processes within the business portfolio
  • Conduct Information Security training exercises periodically for Vilnius office team.
  • Conduct Enterprise Risk Assessment
  • Generate suspicious activity reports and Management reports for Leadership

What we expect from you

  • At least theoretical knowledge in managing information security system for organizations for GDPR, ISO27001, PCI–DSS, BCP-DR to the business or other related standards
  • Knowledge in Secure by design implementations
  • Good understanding of: scoping; policy & procedure creation; asset register; risk management; defining controls; supporting in implementation of identified controls; recommending process / security solutions to business team; understanding of IT services and related control; preparation of report summaries and dashboards for the business
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability quickly adapt to business needs
  • Good Written, Communication Skills & Presentation Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in Information Security Domain and/ or Enterprise Risk preferably in the financial services industry

Personal attributes required:

  • Highly motivated personality with can-do attitude
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Be able to perform individually and work in fast paced environment

Would be considered as an advantage

  • Certifications in Enterprise Risk and/or Information Security
  • Experience in implementing ISO 20022 standard (Optional)
  • Experience in Cyber Security will be considered as an advantage
