Internal Recruiter

Railsbank, one of Europe’s most successful Fintech start-ups, is a tech platform where businesses can access global banking in 5 lines of code. Our customers are able to integrate banking and their own branded debit cards into an app or platform using Railsbank’s unique open banking platform and simple API’s.

We are looking for an experienced internal recruiter to rapidly increase headcount here at our Lithuanian office.

You will be an accomplished recruiter with current experience in Fintech and ideally have worked in a rapidly expanding start-up to deliver a high quality and timely end-to-end in-house resourcing service.



Responsibilities

  • Work primarily with the Head of Development, screening candidate’s CVs, scheduling interviews and sitting in and assisting with face-to-face interviews, providing advice on job descriptions, help writing them where required
  • Create engaging job adverts and distribute across various internal and external channels
  • Manage relationships with agencies when needed, building/managing an effective suppliers list
  • Proactively source and screen candidates for a range of different roles
  • Pipeline appropriate future hires (ie direct sourcing), building a strong network outside of the organisation, acting as a strong ambassador of the company
  • Manage and drive resourcing processes
  • Record, review and report on the performance and progress against vacancies and address any areas of concern
  • Manage all costs relating to recruitment activity and ensure value for money
  • Monitor the market for salaries and jobs in Fintech
  • Conduct pre-employment checks
  • Ensure the team is compliant with all recruitment processes, maintaining data integrity, as well as GDPR

What We Value

  • Proven experience of setting up and running a recruitment function in a start-up (start-up to scale-up)
  • Extensive experience as an in-house recruiter with your primary skills being in IT recruitment, especially software development, from junior to VP/Director level

What’s On Offer

A fixed term contract for 6 months initially, likely to extend to 12 months
