This exciting role offers you an opportunity to play a key role in our exceptional Global Talent Acquisition Team. You will be responsible for identifying the amazing IT talent that makes Nasdaq one of the leading companies in the Technology market place. In this extremely diverse role you will be able to operate on your own initiative whilst ensuring adherence to governance and compliance.

The Global Talent Acquisition Team forms part of the People@Nasdaq team, a cohesive and highly collaborative group all working together to continue to make Nasdaq an amazing place to work. The Talent Acquisition Team plays an integral part in enriching the candidate and employee experience, by managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract the best talent to the organization.

  • Supporting Talent Acquisition Team with end-to-end recruitment support
  • Ensuring the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process in our recruitment tool Workday
  • Managing multiple searches, and active sourcing of passive candidates, sometimes supporting several recruiters and businesses at any one time
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Initiating and administrating technical tests and background checks via our providers

To be successful in this position you should:

  • Ideally have around 2 years’ experience in recruitment field (preferably within the IT industry)
  • Have a proven track record of successful proactive sourcing, candidate generation and talent pool management
  • Be able to manage multiple parallel assignments, and reevaluating prioritizations on a continuous basis
  • Have excellent English language skills
  • Be proficient LinkedIn Recruiter user (Workday experience would be an advantage)
  • Be a confident communicator with the ability to cope within a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Be eager to learn and willing to contribute to the team as a whole with your knowledge and energy

This is a full time permanent position located in Vilnius. As the selection and interview process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible.

Monthly salary (Gross): 1500 – 1800 Eur, other bonuses apply.

A valid working permit for the EU is mandatory.
