Job description:

As a Learning Consultant, you will be a part of a Training and Competency Development Team within AML CSD (Anti-Money Laundering Customer Service Delivery) Unit, focusing on related AML/CTF (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing) activities.

You will take a strong responsibility to design, develop and deliver the highest quality business training solutions to assure the growth and sustainability of AML/CTF competencies of relevant  employees. 

With this in mind, you will be required to keep up to date with the latest regulations, ensuring that innovative AML/CTF training courses are tailored to meet the Regulatory requirements. 

Main workplace will be located in Vilnius GSL office together with a Training and Competency Development Team, combined with some travelling to Nordic countries.

Focus area:

  • Identify AML/CTF training and development needs within the AML CSD through the job analysis, Regulatory Requirements and business needs
  • Design, develop, maintain risk-based, high quality and innovative training solutions, methods and contents, aligned with the needs of the organization and the individual
  • Implement and execute the training quality assurance framework to monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
  • Ensure close cooperation with stakeholders in regards to fit the workforce AML/CTF development needs
  • Have a strong understanding of blended-learning techniques, and where relevant, be involved in the creation and/or delivery of innovative learning packages
  • Produce training materials for in-house courses
  • Provide regular reporting to the Line Manager, Management and stakeholders on related area

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business training area (preferably for 3+ years)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Business training designing and developing skills
  • Strategical mindset, creativity and decision making skills
  • Critical thinking skills to understand the employees competencies development needs
  • Initiative and ability to offer new ideas in AML/CTF competencies development area
  • Flexibility in a fast-changing environment
  • Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills
  • Fluent English language skills are essential
