Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to manage a team of legal analysts to develop, maintain and update playbooks and guidelines which allow the Regional Legal, Business and Marketing teams to more efficiently and effectively prepare contracts and consumer facing marketing materials. You’ll support continuous improvement and optimization in the contracting and marketing processes. You will monitor country specific marketing law and contracting law updates and trends from outside resources and summarize the changes in law for attorney(s) and other appropriate internal parties.

 

For such a detail-driven role, you’ll have 5 years of substantive paralegal experience in law firm or corporate legal department. You will have experience using technology to standardize contract templates; an advanced degree is a plus. You will have superior organizational and highly professional communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will demonstrate effective, independent analysis and issue identification.

Annual base salary gross: 41,391 – 80,419 EUR

 

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
