Planning, controlling and monitoring of all maintenance related activities regarding production equipment at the location to achieve the relevant KPIs (e.g. technical availability, preventive maintenance according to HELLA regulations) and targets. Support technical availability improvement, FPY improvement and cost improvement.

  • Timely technical support on trouble shooting with malfunction
  • Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate measures to optimize maintenance, servicing and repair work (cycles, materials, expenditure)
  • Prepare the equipment preventative maintenance instruction
  • Ensure that maintenance is done accordingly to the needs of the location regarding know-how, availability, shifts and spare parts
  • Initiate the procurement of spare parts (quantity and quality) to ensure resource availability, setup, maintain the spare part management within the location
  • Document and evaluate activities carried out in the maintenance system (e.g. feedback, damage code, error description), where necessary derive measures for resource optimization
  • Direct the work to be carried out for the reorganization, modification and maintenance of production line, possibly line optimization (cycle time, TA) in consultation with relevant department and supplier
  • Support concepts for autonomous maintenance within the location
  • Set up, maintain and control the spare part management within the location
  • Providing technical advice to those responsible in the event of complaints and modifications to machines
  • Support Automatization and Process Technology department with the setup of new production equipment and technology
  • Follow up and improve the efficiency of equipment to increase the productivity
  • Optimization of the autonomous and systematic maintenance, coordinate and conduction of TPM-Process implementation and Workshops;
  • Key User for ERP (SAP) maintenance module;


  • University engineering degree;
  • Job-related experience: more than 2 years;
  • Experienced ERP skills, SAP experience would be an advantage;
  • Moderation, communication and project management skills;
  • Language skills: English
