We’ll be looking for you to lead a team of talented accountants and play a key role in communicating to senior stakeholders. This team is responsible for settlement accounting of financial products and you will help the team to achieve their goals with an eye towards process improvements, month-end close procedures and expense analysis. You will identify inefficiencies in the current workflows of the team and bring in new automated processes to increase team’s accuracy and effectiveness. As accounting manager, you will coordinate work related to internal and external audits and will be key player in accounting projects.  

For this role, you will need to have a degree in Business, Finance or Accounting as well as 4-5 years of experience in accounting. Your knowledge in process management and automating manual processes will help you manage workloads and as a good communicator you get the best out of a team. You must be analytically minded and used to handling large amounts of data. You have strong attention to detail and are a comfortable user of Microsoft Excel. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.
