Job description, tasks

  • Coordinate office activities and operations.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, deliveries).
  • Create and update records and databases.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Requirements

  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Have no fear of failing.
  • Never kill the vibe.
