Responsibilities

  • Create and continuously expand productive relationships with partners
  • Overlook and manage partner communities on Facebook and Slack
  • Own, manage, and continuously improve partners certification program
  • Build, manage, and continuously improve processes for partners success
  • Leverage internal and external analytics to track the success and main KPIs
  • Work closely with marketing, support, sales, and product teams

Requirements

  • Proven community management, customer success or partner success experience
  • Ability to mobilize communities
  • Ability to use data and analytics to measure the impact
  • Results-driven approach and an owner’s mindset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in ecommerce
