Role

Being customer centric is a core part of the new strategy for the Wealth Management unit and we need you to contribute to customer centricity by mapping and documenting the E2E process for the retail customers (Personal, Business and Private Banking) and ensure the short term customer satisfaction by developing and testing process improvement and run the bank activities. 

Based in our office in Vilnius you will be part of the Customer Experience & Digital team in Wealth Management, with reference to the Head of Process Excellence. We work closely together with the frontline units in the Nordics, IT, CSD and SME´s to ensure the best possible solution which means that you will work together with colleagues of different nationalities in a global team setup.

Focus area

In general you will: 

  • (30%) Process mapping:
  • Map the Investment and Pension processes for our retail customer into ARIS
  • Link Process maps to E2E process and SOPs
  • Create and maintain organizational structure of processes and their maps.
  • Support colleagues with day to day modelling questions (optional)
  • (30%) Ensure the agile approach in the development of continuous improvement incl. creation of user stories together with the SME´s / IT and testing the solution.  Follow up on our continuous improvement to ensure execution towards to customers. 
  • (15%) Ensure that the Business Units know the execution timeline and are ready for implementation in the frontline.
  • (10%) facilitate Process workshops to create new processes together with SME´s in the Nordics. 
  • (15%) Identify processes and/or sub-processes for optimization, BPM, Robotics or Global Teams. 

Area of Expertise

  • 1-3 year work experience from business development unit 
  • You have strong customer focus
  • You have good process understanding and have the interest and motivation to work with E2E process improvement
  • Tools to use: MS Visio, ARIS, PowerPoint, Tableau and DOIT is our most used tools. 
  • As a person, you are result-oriented, collaborative and analytical with a high level of energy
  • You have good stakeholder management skills
  • As we are responsible for the entire Nordic area, solid English-skills are required
  • You have the ability to use theory and knowledge pragmatically on real life business issues, and is curios to understand “why & how”
