Would you like to work with financial reports in banking industry and understand them from provided requirements down to content and technical data gathering aspects? Now we are looking for Reporting Analyst for Capital Adequacy area in Consolidation and Reporting department based at SEB Global Services in Vilnius.

About the position

As a Reporting Analyst in Capital Adequacy, your main focus area will be reporting in the Bank’s Capital Adequacy area. You will be responsible for collecting source data, reconciling, validating and compiling information in order to assure reasonableness for Capital Adequacy reporting. You will contribute to the preparation and delivery of reports to internal/external stakeholders and regulatory institutions. You will contribute to an overall team performance with process improvements and ideas for efficiency. The position could require you to travel abroad.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you need a fair understanding of the balance sheet and profit & loss statements as well as accounting principles to be able to analyse, interpret and comprehend reporting requirements. You have at least 2 years’ working experience in finance area and a related academic degree. Academic degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting would benefit you a lot. You have strong analytical skills, experience in working with big sets of data and proficiency in MS Excel. Fluency in English (verbal, written) is essential, as it will be used on daily basis.

We would also appreciate your proactivity, ability to maintain good relationships with stakeholders, client and result-orientation, self-motivation, loyalty and positive attitude as well as hunger to learn and make change.
