Manpower Client currently is looking for a new team member who will be responsible for the growth of retail and consumer business sales in Lithuania. 

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Create and execute sales strategy in his/her area of responsibility;
  • Lead and develop the retail business establishing strong long-term relationships with existing partners as well as finding new business opportunities;
  • Manage retail sales team including agents and sales representatives by leading, coaching and supporting them in order to reach their targets;
  • Be accountable for agents’ contracts and agents’ contribution margin;
  • Create and implement marketing plan in his/her area of responsibility;
  • Implement activities and introduce new products according to the marketing plan;
  • Collaborate with other team members to reach the overall business targets;
  • Actively participate in the development agenda of the country sales team;
  • Actively participate in Baltic sales channels development projects and implement them locally;
  • Develop and maintain active network within the industry. 

Main Requirements:

  • Strong sales experience in retail market and relationship management with retail partners;
  • University Degree in the technical and/or business management field;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Leadership skills and/or successful experience in a leading/managerial position;
  • Fluent Lithuanian and English, Russian language knowledge would be an advantage;
  • Good computer knowledge and skills;
  • Valid driving license.
