Our client is one of the leading road transport and logistics companies in Lithuania. With 25 years of experience in Lithuania, successfully expanding its operations in Europe and constantly creating new job opportunities.

The Company is currently looking for Sales Development Manager (German market).

Job description and responsibilities:

  • New client search;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with already existing clients;
  • Formating and updating customer contact data base;
  • Determining business potential;
  • Business development and profit increase;
  • Negotiating;
  • Solving problems;
  • Market situation / change and pricing analysis, evaluation and decision formulation;
  • Debt administration (if required);
  • Credit limit administration and maintenance;
  • Collaborating with colleagues – help, advice, transfer of good practice, etc .;
  • Compliance with company policies and other direct manager responsibilities.

Requirements for Candidates:

  • At least 3 years of successful business experience in B2B sales, if experience within an international company with active international sales would be a great asset;
  • Proficiency in German – C1 level;
  • Proficiency in English – a must;
  • Experience in an International company / work experience abroad – desirable;
  • Work experience in transport – desirable;
  • Result oriented;
  • Good presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills;
  • Motivated, responsible, communicative, receptive, able to work in a team, able to adapt to various work situations, able to search for information effectively;
  • Good computer literacy;
  • Driver’s license;
  • Ability to travel;
  • The European and global economic situation awareness.
