Does playing a critical role in Finance field sounds exciting to you? How about working for a global financial services company on an advanced team that is passionate about providing financial support to various business units? 

We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Analyst in Vilnius Finance team, Lithuania office. In this role, you will take part in ownership of Expense Management and Reporting processes for the entire company.

• Own Expense planning and forecasting processes for one or several Direct Expense P&L lines    and expense related analytics (Expense planning types: D&A, 3rd Party, Equip and Facilities,T&E, Employee Activities, Other OPEX, Weeklies, Expense Inflation).

• Coordinate various ad-Hoc requests/tasks within area of responsibility to management and regional business partners.

• Drive and contribute to creation of standardized global Expense planning and forecasting processes.

• Maintain documentation of all key standard processes.

• Leverage technology to find automation opportunities and drive efficiency.

• Ensure exceptional operating cadence based on agreed SLAs and customer expectations.

• Partner with finance peers across the globe to ensure understanding and alignment on overall Global FP&A Expense processes and purpose.

What you will need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Math, or similar field.

• Good financial and business acumen.

• Analytical mindset.

• Continuous process improvement mindset.

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Responsive and customer-focused.

• Strong business partnership skills and an ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across local and global teams.

• Ability to take a lead in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success.

• Experienced in MS Office, with proficient knowledge of MS Excel.

• Open to new challenges, quick learner and self-motivated.

• Good communication skills, both oral and written.

• Fluency in English language.
