WE ARE LOOKING FOR SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST BASED IN VILNIUS, LITHUANIA.

In this role you will be responsible for business cases preparation and financial oversight including Expenses and Revenue. You will be communicating financial analysis and reporting to business partners and management, including identifying trends and providing recommendations, as needed. Moreover, in this role you will be responsible for forecasting and annual planning, performance trends analysis and comparisons to budget, as well as expense management. Also, you will have to ensure alignment of Workforce Plans with key business unit and HR stakeholders. You will be coordinating various ad hoc requests/tasks within area of responsibility to management and regional business partners. Your responsibilities will also include preparation of complex financial analysis projects, financial and business related.

• Preparation of business cases (CARs) Revenue and Expense related, with ongoing financial oversight (e.g. value assurance, business reviews);

• Responsible for the daily/weekly/monthly financial analysis and reporting, including estimates, forecasting and annual planning.

• New financial reports creation, implementation and continuous improvement. Financial reporting package development aligned with standard processes and policies.

• Lead monthly coordination and communication with business partners and management on actual and forecasted financial performance.

• Manage ongoing expense management and related approvals across various business systems including Workday, iProcurement and IQN, among others.

• Providing analytical support to identify trends and provide recommendations;

• Coordination of various ad hoc requests/tasks within area of responsibility to management and regional business partners;

• Responsible for projects aimed to improve financial process efficiency and performance.

• Strong finance skills, accounting knowledge is a plus

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

• Experience in finance area, or equivalent

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math

• Fluency in English language
