Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

You’ll be joining our Automation team to execute business process automation initiatives. You will gather and document requirements related to automation opportunities, working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and Agile development teams. You will be assisting and documenting UAT results to ensure process readiness for deployment. You are going to support existing RPA deployments to maintain and ensure continuous effectiveness of automated processes. You are going to be a crucial role in the training and coaching of Process Automation Analysts and ensure a common level of knowledge and adherence to the framework requirements.


For this role, you need to have bachelor’s degree in business or information technology studies and experience in process automation, business process analysis. You will need to have more than 1 year of experience in Business or Process Automation Analyst position and you will have demonstrated skills with business process mapping, project planning, requirements definition and testing. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and you have proven yourself as a team-player who is able to communicate effectively.

Annual base salary gross: 19,750 – 34,985 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
