Would you like to work in an area, which is gaining global prominence among financial institutions and society in general – Anti-Money Laundering (AML)?

 

Then we have a challenging opportunity for you!

 

Our Strategic Planning and Financial Control Department, which is responsible for long term and short term capacity planning and financial control in AML area, will welcome a new member – Senior Workforce Planner..

As a Senior Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for creation and management of short term and long term Workforce Planning Framework across AML organisation, which is spread across 6 countries with over 1500 employees.

In a joint effort with your colleagues in our department and across the organization, management consultants and Heads of units, your goal will be to reduce department’s ultimate cost, mitigate delivery risks and provide insights for sound decisions on workforce planning. 

Furthemore, you will have to correspond to constantly changing AML agenda in order to offer solutions and recommendations on how to improve operations going forward.

You will work closely with assigned AML business unit to ensure standardized capacity planning approach is applied when long term and short term deliveries are planned. 

*Your official title will be Senior Analyst

Mission:

  • Develop and manage unified Workforce Management Framework in order to ensure that full use of capacity is exploited
  • Carry out strategic workforce planning tasks: short and long term planning, shrinkage analysis, capacity planning, business improvement through workforce planning changes, “what if” scenarios modelling
  • Perform Top–Down and Botton–Up capacity and delivery planning
  • Utilise knowledge, experience and information from all parts of the organisation incorporating the demand into workforce planning
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies from delivery plans that had a negative impact on budget and/or performance to ensure tight control and efficient use of resources
  • Proactively develop partnership with internal users, anticipating user needs and providing solutions to fulfilling them
  • Manage and advise on requests for Workforce Management information to ensure effective decisions around changes to business process

Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Workforce Planning, preferably, gained in a global professional services company
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • University degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics or Economics
  • Dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced international environment with a high level quality delivery
  • Fluency in English – both oral and written
