The Team

The Global Talent Acquisition Team forms part of the People@Nasdaq team, a cohesive and highly collaborative group all working together to continue to make Nasdaq an amazing place to work.   The Talent Acquisition Team plays an integral part in enriching the candidate and employee experience, by managing the end to end recruitment process to attract the best Experienced and Early Career talent to the organization.  We have a truly global presence, with teams in the US, EMEA, and APAC. In this role you will be a member of our EMEA team comprising of 10 team members located in Stockholm, Vilnius and London.

 

Your day will include

You will support a recruitment team responsible for identifying the amazing talent that makes Nasdaq one of the leading companies in the Technology market place; working closely with the local Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, partners across the People@Nasdaq team, external vendors and organizations. This is an extremely diverse role that will often require you to operate on your own initiative whilst ensuring adherence to governance and compliance.

 

  • Managing multiple searches, sometimes supporting several recruiters & businesses at any one time
  • Sourcing passive candidates through extensive name generation research, complex internet searches, and existing talent pool and database searching
  • Scheduling and coordination of interviews
  • Initiation and administration of technical tests and background checks via our providers
  • Ensuring the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process in our recruitment tool Workday
  • Providing ongoing feedback to recruiting team on the market place to keep managers informed about realistic expectations
  • Partnering and assisting the talent sourcing group to ensure best practices and talent pooling

 

The best suited candidate has approximately 2 years’ experience in sourcing and recruiting, preferably within the IT / tech industry. He or she has a track record of proactive sourcing, candidate generation and talent pool management. You are used to working with multiple parallel assignments, and reevaluating prioritizations on a continuous basis. LinkedIn proficiency is a must, and Workday experience is meriting. English language skills are a requirement, Swedish language skills are beneficial.
