WE’RE SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED SUPERVISOR IN VILNIUS FINANCE TEAM, LITHUANIA OFFICE

 In this role, you will be one of the key links in finance involved in signing new WU agents globally. This position will also be responsible for supporting regional finance and business teams with agents’ global Incentive bonus processes.

  • Business cases support (CAR)– Support regional business and finance teams in preparing agent business cases based on received input requirements and following the global process and best practices
  • Quarterly asset (Signing bonus – CAPEX)impairment testing
  • Annual agent incentive bonus process – support regional business and finance teams in incentives targets setting process,monitoring agents’ incentive targets achievements trending and cooperating with accounting to ensure proper incentives accruals amounts
  • Partner with finance peers across the globe to ensure understanding and alignment on overall Agent Business Cases processes and purpose
  • Manage and motivate your team ensuring efficiency, high-quality execution and employee development
  • Drive continuous process improvements and leverage technology to find efficiencies
  • Development of the improvements and recommendation regarding policies and procedures within area of responsibility
  • Providing supervision to Financial Analysts team: recruitment, training and development, performance management, etc.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,Business Administration, Math, or similar field
  • Good financial and business acumen
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Responsive and customer-focused
  • Ability to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success
  • Strong business partnership skills and an ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across local and global teams
  • Experienced in MS Office, with proficient knowledge of MS Excel
  • Open to new challenges, quick learner and self-motivated

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STANDOUT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,Business Administration, Maths, or similar field
  • Proven professional working experience in the area of finance
  • Experience in multi-national organizations,educational background in finance or accounting
  • Fluency in the English language
