The F&A Team Leader takes ownership for all AP&AR processes. The role holder is responsible for executing plans and providing day to day management of resources and timelines. Further responsibility includes selecting, training, supporting, coaching, developing and supervising a group of employees within the Accounts Payable and Account Receivable environment including performance management of direct reports (5-7 team members). Team Leader will be working with young, ambitious and engaged team, that wants to achieve both their and client goals.

Your main tasks:

• Participating in developing and negotiating service level agreements (SLAs).

• Responsible for managing/ overseeing the day to day AP/AR activities carried out including issue/ problem resolution as necessary.

• Ensuring necessary control activities are carried out to assure quality.

• Ensuring that the AP/AR activities carried out are all compliant. 

• Identifying areas for process improvements; work actively with the team on completing related process improvement projects.

• Assisting in other special projects as directed by management.

• Delivering functional trainings to new hires and assists in delivering ongoing trainings to existing team members.

• Escalating all issues. 

• Responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of his/her team, staffing, hiring, training, developing and completing performance appraisals in accordance with the organization’s policies. Ensuring business continuity during paid time & sick leaves.

• Research and reconciliation of AP/AR balances. 

• Facilitate team meetings.

We expect:

• 2+ years of people management experience.

• 2+ years of experience in AP/AR processes.

• Agresso knowledge is an advantage.

• English and Swedish knowledge is required.

• Shared Service Centre experience is required.

• Understanding of the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Account Receivable processes.

• Proven leadership and coordinator capabilities.

• Excellent communicator, excellent soft skills.

• Proactive.

• Attention to details, precise.

• Coaches others to help their development.

• Keen on building networks to enhance effectiveness and share knowledge.

• Looks for ways to do things better, faster, more efficiently.

• Ability to work in changing international environment.
