You have an opportunity to work with cutting edge technology in a global integration specialist team and tier-1 customers around the World. The integration specialist team is a team of project managers across three regions of APAC, EMEA and NSAC who work with our customers to deliver, maintain and improve a post risk surveillance solution.

In this role you will focus on the TradeGuard product of Nasdaq and will be focusing on active planning, configuration, testing and managing the integration of complex risk and financial solution projects for banks and brokers. You will independently ensure client/internal customer satisfaction and meeting quality, costs, scope and time frames from conception through to completion

In more detail you will be:

  • Responsible for Tier1 and 2 support of customer requests regarding service and software enhancements and concerns with extra attention to “Customer satisfaction and Adding value”
  • Trouble shooting data or service issues by reviewing logs, configuration and raw data received from the customer and third party vendors
  • Working with third party vendors (data or infrastructure) to ensure continuous and quality service 
  • Strategically architecting new solutions and making modifications to the existing solutions with the aim of adding value to customers and reducing complexity, overhead and internal costs
  • Designing the end to end solution with the help of Dev and product team
  • Planning software releases related to a solution
  • Mapping all servers required for a given solution, including capacity and infrastructure planning
  • End to end project management of the solution
  • Aiming to automate as much as possible in order to reduce cost and unnecessary overhead and complexity


  • Around 4 years’ experience working in a hands-on technical project management role
  • Exceptional communication skills in English
  • Advanced knowledge of various financial data formats including FIX Protocol
  • Advanced skills navigating UNIX systems and basic bash scripting skills
  • Be approachable to both internal and external customers and act as the go to person and owner
  • Experience in automation and data quality improvement would be an advantage
  • Ability to work on a rotating schedule from 7:00 am

Monthly salary Gross: 2000 – 2500 Eur

A valid working permit for the EU is mandatory.
