At TransferGo we believe transferring money internationally should be frictionless and accessible. We aim to make life easier for anyone sending money abroad by removing the processes and fees that traditional banks and cash bureaus have.

We are a fast growing FinTech company with an international team of 100+ employees, great mobile and web product (NPS -World Class; 5/5* TrustPilot), a service available in 47 countries and moving millions of euros every month.

The role

As we continue to grow we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who is thriving in fast pace to join our team. Together with hiring managers and HR colleagues you will focus on attracting the best talent to the team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage recruitment process.
  • Being responsible for executing the recruitment strategy in collaboration with the team.
  • Source and proactively approach potential candidates using databases, social media and networking events.
  • Suggest, investigate and run new sourcing channels.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Act as a point of contact and build relationship with the candidates.
  • Provide great candidate experience through quick, professional and smooth selection process.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues to retain our talents.
  • Support and initiate Employer Brand building activities and projects.
  • Ensure hiring managers (and hiring team) education on recruitment process, the best practices, tools, approaches.
  • Promote TransferGo as the “best place to work”.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated success in managing TA programs & projects, including designing effective hiring processes to meet changing business needs;
  • Ability to collaborate & partner across HR/TA teams to deliver effective business solutions.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • Passion for recruiting.
  • At ease working with senior leaders.
  • Proven people management/team leadership experience.
  • Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, collaborative.
  • International experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience in working in the fast pace environment – you will be a part of the company that is growing at 100% and more every year.
  • Great communication skills – you will need to work effectively with any person in the business (or outside);
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills;
