About the Talent Acquisition Partner Role:

To support continued growth across the region we have created 2 new Talent Acquisition Partner opportunities for accomplished recruitment professionals to join the team. The EMEA team is co-located in Dublin and Vilnius, and the Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for recruiting across the business to support key business lines across EMEA. The role will require the successful candidate to have relevant industry knowledge and be an accomplished recruiter in their market with strong external networks. You will have a proven track record of recruiting top talent in a results-oriented talent acquisition team within a corporate environment, ideally within the financial and professional services sectors.

Talent Acquisition Partner Role Job Duties in Brief:

  • Work collaboratively with internal clients and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
  • Source and build talent pipelines for open vacancies using online and networking resources, conferences, trade shows, university/campus recruitment, etc… 
  • Screen candidates against role specifications and organisational competencies to ensure the organisation can identify and secure best fit talent for open vacancies. 
  • Deliver against recruitment metrics/KPIs while not compromising quality of hire.
  • Consistently deliver superior service levels to both business stakeholders and candidates. Ensure appropriate and effective candidate management at all times.
  • Proactively use social media to enhance our sourcing channels and promote Citco as an employer of choice. 
  • Talent map competitor organisations to identify key potential hires
  • Actively network within the industry/competition in order to benchmark practices and identify key areas of differentiation
  • Consult with local HR and hiring managers on recommended starting salaries and other offer package details.
  • Additional projects as required.

About You:

  • Ideally, you will have 2-5 years’ experience in a similar fast-paced corporate recruitment role, and sourcing candidates across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Candidates should have the ability to adapt to changes in vacancy volume and shift priorities to support the business’ key growth lines. 
  • Ability to think laterally and coach/advise hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
  • Must have experience determining compensation recommendations, gathering market data, and negotiating offers.
  • You should have the ability to work in a highly collaborative open environment with cross-functional team members. 
  • Have proven organizational skills with the ability to manage own workload.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline is desirable, but not essential. 
  • Experience with Targeted Selection/Behavioural Interviewing would be preferable. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-service and the ability to develop relationships, negotiate and influence others.
