TransferGo is a fast growing FinTech company with an international team of 100 employees, and 5 different locations, great product (providing web & mobile experience) and a service available in 47 countries. TransferGo believes transferring money internationally should be frictionless and accessible. The aim of the company is to make life easier for anyone sending money abroad by removing the processes and fees that traditional banks and cash bureaus have.

Job description:

The role

As the Company continues to grow, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is thriving in fast pace to join the team. Together with hiring managers and HR colleagues you will focus on attracting the best talent to the team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage recruitment process;
  • Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes;
  • Source and proactively approach potential candidates using databases, social media and networking events;
  • Suggest, investigate and run new sourcing channels;
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications;
  • Act as a point of contact and build relationship with the candidates;
  •  Be responsible for executing the recruitment strategy in collaboration with the team;
  • Provide great candidate experience through quick, professional and smooth selection process.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues to retain companies talents;
  • Ensure hiring managers (and hiring team) education on recruitment process, the best practices, tools, approaches;
  • Support and initiate Employer Brand building activities and projects;
  • Create innovative strategies to optimize the effectiveness of recruiting
  • Partner with HR and Operations on internal employer brand building initiatives
  • Promote TransferGo as the “best place to work”!

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in managing TA programs & projects, including designing effective hiring processes to meet changing business needs;
  • Ability to collaborate & partner across HR/TA teams to deliver effective business solutions.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • Passion for recruiting.
  • At ease working with senior leaders.
  • Proven people management/team leadership experience.
  • Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, collaborative.
  • International experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience in working in the fast pace environment – you will be a part of the company that is growing at 100% and more every year.
  • Great communication skills – you will need to work effectively with any person in the business (or outside);
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills;
