Cognizant Team in Lithuania is looking for collaborative, communicative and experienced person for Talent Supply Chain (TSC) function in a constantly changing and fast-paced organization. This role covers all aspects of the resourcing cycle from building relationships with hiring managers, preparing metrics driven reports for senior leadership, managing associates on bench end-to-end in providing systematic career guidance and finding the next assignment.

Reporting to the Lead of TSC in Continental Europe, as part of a dedicated team of TSC Managers both onshore and offshore, you will work closely with the business to provide a proactive and professional staffing solution, ensuring requirement fulfilment and redeployment to the Business growth and actively involve workforce planning for Lithuania Delivery Centre.

Your main tasks:

Communication between Business and TSC:

·      Work with the Delivery Managers / Lithuania business to facilitate staffing (End to End).

·      Search & Match Associate’s CV against the available roles within the country.

·      Advising the business, the best staffing solution for their roles.

·      Preparing workforce management reports for the leadership team highlighting key parameters like, headcount growth, employee utilization, open demand and employee placements through internal organizational channels and other TSC KRA’s (key results areas).

·      Responsible for deployments & placements of associates on bench and placing them into right projects (Bench Management).

·      Manage internal job posting and facilitate end-to-end interviews process with hiring managers.

·      Work closely & collaborating with other corporate function teams.

·      Championing proactive resourcing models that fits in Lithuania.

·      Advice, influence, challenge and guide team leaders, managers on different aspects of resource management and workforce implications on business decisions.


Implementation of TSC Process & policies:


·      Ensure the whole TSC value chain runs smoothly (Demand, Supply & Bench management).

·      Close cooperation with Cognizant Academy, Recruitment & Human Resources.

·      Effective collaboration with Employee engagement teams.

·      Creation and execution of TSC Objectives and process.

We expect:

·      At least 4 years of experience in resource / workforce management or in house IT & Business Operational roles recruitment.

·      Master’s degree in Human resources or related field.

·      Expert level background using MS Excel, PowerPoint.

·      Perfect analytical skills and computer literacy.

·      Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills.

·      Highly self-motivated and ability to work independently.

·      Fluen in English and Lithuanian.

·      Possibility to travel if needed.
