We are now looking for a Team Leader, GQS Master Data. As Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting GQS Master data team in daily operations. All team members in GQS Master data will report directly to the Team Leader, GQS Master Data. Your tasks include also maintaining defined data in SAP (Material Master, PIR, Source List, Pricing conditions) to ensure information availability and customer support capability for quotations and orders within defined supply chain.


Other Team Leades, GQS Master Data job duties and resposibilities:

  • Has direct reports in GQS Master Data Team, HR related topics
  • Contact point for open questions regarding processes and ways of working
  • Enables processing request for item extension efficiently and with good quality as defined by Data Management.
  • Extend and maintain item data globally according to defined guidelines and processes.
  • Adhere to lean processes and KPI requirements set by the Manager, Global Data Management.
  • Reporting and logging of issues related to Salesforce tool and following up to make sure issues are resolved.
  • Process development
  • Work instruction maintenance


You will report to Manager, Data Management.


To Succeed


To be a top candidate for this role you should have:     

  • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant work experience in sales support, procurement, supply chain or master data management (Materials, PIRs, Source lists, Sales BOMs)
  • Previous experience in supervisor role is beneficial
  • Experience with Item Management within SAP
  • Experience with Global Data Management a plus
  • Related degree, certification and technical abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong familiarity with IT tools and ERP/integrated system (SAP)
  • Strong familiarity with process development tools
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum method a plus
  • Valid passport for international travel and driver’s license for local travel must be maintained


We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and abilities:    

  • Strong communication skills – Capability to articulate and communicate topics within the area of expertise
  • Understanding of customer, competitor and supplier development, trends and technologies
  • A high level of computer skills is essential – Excel, Word and Power Point, Visio
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet the deadlines
  • Language skills (written, listening and oral): English (mandatory)
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-language atmosphere
  • Working with people in different time zones, flexibility with working hours
  • Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on several tasks at one time, and organizing, prioritizing tasks, decision making and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Some travel will be required to be able to meet team member
