Do you love working with and developing people around you? Are you curious about working in a global operations environment? Great! We are now looking for an experienced leader to lead a team in Lending Operations at SEB Global Services in Vilnius.

About the position

As a Team Manager, you will have a full responsibility for the staff and delivery in your team. You will plan, steer and support development of your team members and grow them into real talents. You will constantly and proactively collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues across different sites in order to ensure we provide world-class services towards our customers. The role of a Team Manager offers the opportunity to be a key player in the change journey, to create innovative culture and to coach skilled individuals. You will lead Bookings handling team which is responsible for payments administration of bank loans and mortgages, disbursement of simple loans, administration of insolvent customers and handling of collateral when loans are redeemed. The deliveries shall be handled according to the agreed service levels. As a Team Manager you will lead the team of approx. 13 employees and supervise 6 robotized processes. Your responsibilities will include a full range of leader activities: setting the team’s and individual targets, coaching and developing team members, driving change within your responsibility area.

Bookings handling team that you will head is a part of Lending Operations department, which falls under Credit Operations, a global organization with more than 200 colleagues worldwide.

Your profile 

To succeed and be happy in this position, you have successfully demonstrated people management and leadership skills. You also strive to create safe and motivating environment for yourself and those around you, while at the same time being an expert in balancing this with the ability to drive and implement change. In general, you are a positive person with a “can do” attitude, which is contagious to those around you. You never shy away from taking responsibility and ownership and you are good at structuring and expressing your thoughts, either verbally or in a written form. It would be a great benefit if you have experience in process management and improvement, as well as natural interest in analytics,

reporting or numbers in general. Naturally, as part of a global organization, you are fluent in English and comfortable in expressing yourself to people of various organizational levels.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2300 EUR – 3500 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.

Please note that the overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
