Would you like to lead and develop a team of finance experts who are responsible to secure that sub-ledger deliveries comply to Finance and Risk reporting requirements and work in close cooperation with finance, business and IT teams in different countries and key stakeholders in the bank? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to apply for Team Manager for Product Information and Accounting within Data Quality Management Department in Group Finance and Procurement Services (GFPS) organization, based in SEB Global Services in Vilnius.

About the position

Data Quality Management in GFPS today is a group of 40 people focusing on information sourcing, data validations, information maintenance, GL management, financial information controls for SEB Parent Bank and Countries as well as SEB Group. This position will be in charge of unit involved in Change the Bank agenda working with business driven, technical driven and regulatory projects. The team will consist of 12 finance experts covering different banking products (sub-ledgers), securing information and accounting quality and contributing to key projects in SEB Group.

You need strong result and business orientation with the ability to take an end-to-end perspective and see the big picture (from Record to Report). Your profile

To succeed in your role with us you have to possess ability to lead, plan, organize and set priorities, be open-minded with passion to develop, motivate group of professionals and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You are expected to have a working experience in people management.

We believe you are passionate about networking, change and improvements. You have a good understanding of the financial reporting and the regulatory framework related to external reporting (including IFRS) and able to take end-to-end perspective and see the big picture. It is a big advantage if you have a good knowledge on the banking business, information sourcing, accounting and on the regulatory framework.
