About us

Electronic Banking Services Implementations and Support team is perceived as an easily-accessible, customer-oriented partner. Our team runs daily after-sales relationship with the client. This includes continuous improvement based on client feedback, information sharing, trainings and actively meeting service expectations.

The role

As a Technical Client Implementation Specialist, you will take the role of an advisor, navigator and problem-solver when interacting with our clients in the area of Electronic Banking Services.

Here is what you will do:

  • advise the client on product setups, systems, payment and format-related questions;
  • manage customer expectations and take ownership of the implementation of integration services;
  • communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across SEB;
  • perform the testing of selected client’s solution;
  • proactively suggest changes in supported products and systems to responsible units within the Bank;
  • contribute to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues.                                                                                                                                   

The requirements

Your personality is highly-valued. You are positive, proactive, attentive to details, self-leading and willing to learn. As you will work in a team, we expect you to be a good team player and share a “yes, we can!” attitude. You have perfect communication skills in English, both written and oral.

How to stand out:

  • You have the knowledge of product area (accounts, electronic banking, payments standards (ISO20022, SWIFT MT) and reporting) as well as good understanding of systems and channels;
  • You have a proven ability to work in a dynamic environment, make fast decisions, solve problems effectively and keep customer focus.
