We’re seeking a Global Fraud Claims Trainer, based in our European Regional Center in Vilnius. This position is responsible for conducting product and platform instructor-led classroom training for T1 CSR’s, Fraud Claim Sr Specialists, Quality Assurance Specialists and Partner Site Trainers.

• In this position you will engage its audience using adult learning theory ensuring active participation and full comprehension by the audience

• Serve as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) 

• Work closely with the Instructional Design team to create, develop and update training materials and curricula as needed to ensure consistent, quality training deliverables

• Be responsible for the administration of training assessments and tracking metrics to identify opportunities to continually improve the training experience and comprehension level of the training participants

• Participate in call calibrations with Quality to ensure higher level of accuracy  

• Analyze data and propose refresher topics based on analysis results

• Generate and submit reports per training class or project  

• Comply with all deadlines and commitment required by the department

What you will need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Education, or related degree with equivalent experience  

• At least two years of relevant employment in a BPO or call center environment on a Trainer capacity

• Existing experience in teaching or training adults  

• Excellent verbal and written English Communication skills  

• Flexible communication styles to effectively influence trainees or employees across multiple geographies and functions from different levels within an organization  

• Experience in monitoring call or processes  

• Ability to perform duties under minimal supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures

• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. 

•  Willing to work on shifting schedules to support training or calibration sessions
