About the Training Partner Role:

As Training Partner, you will focus on bringing development solutions to Citco and will be reporting to the Senior Training Partner Talent Development Europe.

You will be partnering with internal business stakeholders and HR COE’s (centers of excellence) to drive the performance of employees through programs, team interventions, coaching and training, continuously assess the needs of the organization, design best practice in-house training programmes and manage the development and delivery lifecycle through to supporting transfer of learning and evaluation. 

You will be also facilitating programs including (but not limited to) new hire orientation, leadership development and business skills development. Additional to that, you are expected to promote a learning culture throughout the Citco organization and apply a best practice and continuous improvement approach to learning and development as well as focus on key priorities and achievement of service level targets. You will be consulting with vendors where external learning support solutions have been identified for the organization.

This is a temporary role due to maternity leave.

Training Partner Job Duties in Brief:

  • Consult with strategic leaders and HR COE’s to identify training needs/gaps and propose; coaching, team interventions, training/non-training solutions.

  • Perform detailed training design and manage the training development lifecycle.

  • Manage training facilitation schedules to ensure business priorities are met as agreed. This includes:

  • Facilitate training programs to all levels in the organization supporting local Vilnius office needs and Global/European needs.

  • Support local Subject Matter Experts networks who facilitate bespoke learning to their line of business.  

  • Consult with vendors to create solutions to support business requirements. 

  • Plan to support transfer of learning and sustained performance.

  • Evaluate and report on training in line with Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation; Reaction, Learning, Behaviour and Results.

  • Drive a culture of coaching, empowering leaders to develop their team’s performance on how to build high performing teams. 

About You:

  • A degree in Learning & Development, HR, Finance or other relevant discipline.

  • At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • An experience of the successful delivery of global learning programs, a good understanding of instructional design, curriculum development, stakeholder management, eLearning design and LMS platforms.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, influencing skills are required to support both leadership and professional development.

  • Experience in facilitating training using virtual classroom room/webinars desirable.

  • Working in a global team you should be a self-starter and comfortable working independently but also able to collaborate on projects with team members in other locations.
